In September Boutique Developer Magazine was accepted onto the shelves of Qantas Business Class Lounges across Australia. This was the publication’s first foray into markets beyond Sydney, generating media interest across multiple states.
Photographed by Ted O’Donnell, the publication featured luminary architects responsible for some of the Sydney’s most noteworthy new developments, from Koichi Takada of Green Square’s iconic Infinity project to Adam Haddow of SJB whose sensibility is redefining swathes of inner city neighbourhoods. Beautifully constructed spreads featured Penny Fuller of Silvester Fuller, William Smart and the inimitable Iain Halliday.
Beyond the architects, unique content introduced readers to industry leaders such as Stuart Penklis, Mirvac’s new head of Residential Development and Leanne Pilkington, Managing Director of Ray White Group and President of the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
The design team at 630 Agency were extremely excited to bring another prestige piece to this high value audience, generating an overwhelming response from the industry, with enquiry and submissions that will see the publication through to many more editions.
